   I wonder if this (today’s panel) is introducing a new character. Maybe like Nermal – Garfield’s cute-yet-depraved kitten cousin.

   Welcome John_E! You might be right. I always loved Nermal on Garfield the world’s cutest kitten who came to charm the pants off your owner and show how uncute you are. And Garfield says, “I hate Monday!” LOL
