At least they are requiring some form of college! Seems to at least weed out some. Many around here are giving preference points or flat out only take 4-years.

This strip focuses on one symptom of a much larger issue. When departments struggle with their requirements such as degrees, credits or military background, what they are really struggling with is the ethereal qualities that make a good cop. How can you screen that?
