This sure sounds like the weather people here in So. Cal. I’m glad I dont plan a trip on their weather reports…If I was going to sea, I’d drown…

Like George Carlin (Hal Sleet, The Hippy Dippy Weatherman) used to ponder…why give the weather conditions at the airport when nobody lives at the airport?

The weather changes so often, the forecast is right, and wrong, and partly right. Several times a day.

pathfindercec: That’s batting. If you can’t catch the ball better than that, you don’t even go to the minors – just out.

Like your thinking, Tom…along with the Senaturds and Reprehensibles, I can’t tell if there’s more Demopublicans or Republicrats! They all smell the same to me.

I thought weather forecasts for So Cal were on a continuous loop: “Sunny, low in the 70s, high in the 80s, warmer if it’s between May and September.” No??

The temp depends on the season…we have Fire, Floods, Earthquake, and my favorite heavy Winds….So in Fire season, it’s over 100 de., Floods, it could be in the 70’s or 40’s…But it is tricky in Earthquake season, it is normally in the 100’s and very muggy but there have been earthquakes in the rain…And with the Santa Ana wind season, it’s a crap shoot…It never rains in So. Cal, it poors…

Not this month and it looks the same for January . . . cold temperatures, rain, and high winds. What a change from previous years!!

Our television local weather guys are pretty good. They only get it wrong if it’s too far off, like a week away or something like that.
