    When it’s time for my nephew to play baseball, then he plays baseball. There is no interest in tossing the ball around when there is an iPad to look at instead. Things have changed.

    True, that. When you’re young, gravity is a mild annoyance. When you’re old, it is a major foe. It pulls and pulls on us until finally, it catches us and woops, finally we’re underground.

    Had a friend years ago who honestly believed that. He died at the ripe old age of 25.
