   Well, I guess I’m not a plugger yet. I’m 5 feet 9 inches and under 200 pound, but then I’m only 80 years old.

    I used to be like that. Up to the age of 30, I had a 28 inch waist, weighed about 126 pound; ate what I wanted and drank every night of the week. Then it all started to sneak up on me. Now I’m 231 pound with a 40 inch + waist. Ah well, it’s what I am and compared with most people (especially the women) around here, I’m still skinny.

    That person may not be as sedate as you speculate. Also they may not eat or drink as much as you think and they may have a higher metabolism than you.

    Tin Can Twidget: 6-1 (from peak of 6-2), single digits over 200, and won’t be 80 for another two months. I am a plugger.
