   In reality, Pluggers know exactly what’s happening but they choose to ignore it by being friendly, which only makes the ragee more enraged.
   Trust me, I know this from experience. :)

   I like pluggers, but they aren’t all innocent.

    All great comments folks. But try this on a tail gater: watch him look for chance to pass and then turn on your left turn signal and keep going and do nothing. Can be hilarious, is for me.
