OK, unless you turn the cell off when you’re home with the land line.

OK, my boss’s wife lost her cell phone. After 2 weeks looking for it they bought a new cell phone. Now the funny part is they never even though of calling the cell from the house phone or his cell phone. A week after the new cell they found the old one under the truck seat.

I guess I lose my plugger status. I do not own a cell and never want to have a cell.

My wife bought me a cellphone before we were even engaged. I’d used them for years at work, but bothered after retiring. As a GenX’er, she can’t imagine being without one. Except when she loses track of hers!

if my husband or I lose a cell phone at the house here. we just use the other one to call it.
we don’t have a landline anymore. got sick & tired of telemarketeers assuming my house was that of a married couple when I was single.

Cell phones are meant to be carried not stored. Think of it as a life line. I do.

Power went off, power back on, have to reset time on land line, called land line from cell and phone recorded the time of the call. Problem solved.
