In Tulsa, Oklahoma, it is actually illegal to post anything on wooden light poles and telephone poles.

Joe, I suspect it’s illegal to post stuff on phone and light poles everywhere. That doesn’t stop people from doing it though, since illegal signs pop up most everywhere.

Why is there two parking meters in front of the bus stop? Otherwise, I like the cartoon as usual.
