    Even if Opal starts whitling down those asks now, it could take quite some time to get to the last one. I wonder if Earl can take all that nagging - just for that one thing alone.

    Opal, you certainly are a very capable wife. The windows do need washing. You’ll probably want to fix up the house with new window dressing treatments. If Earl won’t wash the windows, hire a cleaning crew…what am I saying? Earl is too frugal for that!

    Hmmm, now let’s see, one nag per day for 997 days…that should make it about 2.73 years from now. Golly, by then you won’t be able to tell where the windows are anyway, so that fixes everything!
