I am thinking that Satori has “medicinal katana” (if I may so call it) in mind rather than killing the already-dead. I think there is something in or about Dinah that is Satori’s true target….

Fear-ciuil, I will miss the boilerplate if you cease putting it up. I haven’t been able to keep up with all the comments; thus, I’m not aware of why you’ve become upset. But I hope you’ll stick with us.
We do seem to put the “fun” in disFUNctunctional, don’t we?
Sisyphis: I hope you’re right, but it certainly looks like Satori is intent on doing something nasty. And it looks lke Pib might be the one to stop her.

I had no intentions on hurting your feelings, I was only upset because certain people here kept commenting on what happened before Pib updated. You see Pib Updates for me around 10:10 P.M. I did not take into account your feelings or theirs. For that I am sorry. Please fear- ciuil come back and do the boilerplate for us.

I am completely taken by surprise with not so much the talk by Ladywolf about where she was bitten by her dog but more so by the replies from adults to a seemingly naive 17yr old about those bites. If my daughter was carrying on like that we would definitely need to have a long talk about acting like a lady. This is another attempt to draw attention in a negative manner. I was becoming comfortable with this site and the intelligent people here. I now need re-evaluate those thoughts. Some of us are 2 and 3 times her age! If I am wrong in my thoughts about what I have seen in the last few hours please enlighten me!

I feel that this is all my fault. I wish that yesterday I would of kept my mouth shut. I wish that I could take it all back. I’m a horrible person. I’m sorry but I can’t tell anyone the next chapter tonight. I may have been the cause of fear-ciuil hurt feelings and if that is the case then I am ashamed of myself. So I shall not post my next chapter and instead just go to the corner of the room and stare at the wall. at least until fear-ciuil forgives me.

I’m with LoneWolf, on this one, guys. Your remarks were really out of line as regards a girl young enough to be your granddaughter in some cases. Prurient is too polite a word for it. It is one thing to flirt on here with grown-ups, but you know she isn’t one if you believe her and wolfbyte36.
And ladywolf17, what LoneWolf meant was that young ladies do not go around making remarks about their “charlies” or other body parts to men, especially men older than your father; and you know that many of the posters on this site are men, although obviously they have briefly forgotten how to be “gentlemen”, or they would not have responded in such a fashion. And you shouldn’t be discussing your sex life or lack of one with anyone other than your immediate family or someone that you and your dad both trust. It’s one thing to say you have a date; quite another to give us details or even hints. Say you had a nice time, and leave it at that.

It’s Friday…
eschmenk, this is what I meant when I said that authors sometimes like to stick their audience with something sharp every once in a while, to make sure they’re awake. In this particular instance, the Master is doing it literally.
You’ll also note that Drusilla (though dressed as Dinah) is still dead. If Satori’s intent is to harm, then Drusilla will be extremely still dead, as in beheaded or having a katana through her heart (I’m not sure what kind of stroke Satori is about to make). If Satori has another intent…then maybe Drusilla won’t be dead any more, in some magical mystery toury way. If Pibgorn intercepts Satori, then something else could occur. If someone else shows up to intercept Satori (like Igor, Maurice, Luciano or the 7th Cavalry, all currently heavily in demand), then we have yet another different scenario.
Having all these possibilities in play gives the audience a chance to speculate, argue, Comment (which is, after all, what we’re here for) and all good stuff like that….for three whole days. This is one of the Master’s better Friday cliffhangers…in my opinion, anyway.
Bloody difficult to dream up a Snack for it, though. And I’ve tried three different versions of my Ragnarok cocktail and none of them work….although the last one is giving me enough of a buzz so that I’m going to stop writing for awhile (note: mixing akvavit with mead is a terrible idea; never do that)…and hit the hot tub, before I start to sing…

Ladywolf Please don’t you leave too! You are a young lady of astounding creativity, and have a view of Pib’s word with eyes that see everything as a new adventure. I’m sure that lonewolf wasn’t intending to chastise you, rather caution you. He was stating HIS beliefs, and they are just as valid as yours. Once again I request that you put away your hammer and stop whacking yourself with it. It’s OK to make mistakes while you’re growing up.
Edward Young wrote in his classic “Night Thoughts”, If man could live co-eval with the sun, the patriarch-pupil would be learning still.” Which means, in plain English, no matter how old we get, we’re still learning. Even oldsters make mistakes - and you’re not responsible for how anyone takes anything you say or write.
