Tom DOES appear to be regenerating, but I get the impression that he’s not drawing power from Dur. This guy keeps biting off more than he can chew …. which suits me fine. I’m gonna like seeing him get his.

Dru is looking mighty peeved. Probably both from being punished for giving the “wrong” answer, and from Tom taking some of her mojo to rejuvenate himself.

Hey, I just noticed Dru’s dress became sleeveless as of yesterday. Back on 7/21, her red dress had long sleeves.

A reminder for those who would practice entering double dactyls: the first line MUST read “Higgledy Piggledy”. It’s part of the form.

The first one I ran across was in a Scientific American over two decades ago (before they dumbed it down). The rhyme was the biography of one of the authors of an article and went:

Williams astronomer
Dabbles in rhyme.

Radio telescopes

I won’t claim victory, but someone else PLEASE make another attempt to counter my poor example from yesterday!

bleeep, an edit to make the fruit in the cobbler match the offering. Of course, there IS peach cobbler too, since this is an Escherian universe. Is a universe like a monoverse, or is it the reverse of a multiverse?

THE LITTLE DOG

Little Susie Thomas and her parents had packed up their RV and were heading to the local camp ground for a family reunion camp-out. She was totally bored. Why did her parents have to do this every year. Nothing good ever came out of these trips. Nothing but screaming and yelling, and a few drunken fist fights.

They pulled up to a small gas station to fill up the RV. “Mom can I get out and use the rest room here”? Susie asked her mom, and got a reply of yes. She got out of the RV and made her way to the restroom

After doing her business and washing up, she started to head back to the RV, when she saw a small dog. It came up to her and licked her hand as she petted it. “I have to go now doggy, so you take care now, ok”! Susie said in a loving voice, as she got up to leave.

They made it to the camp site and got settled in. Then Susie and her parents went to mingle with the relatives. After a bunch of hugs and kisses Susie went out to play with her cousins.

The game was Hide and Seek. Susie was it, she hid behind a tree and counted to twenty. She began to walk on a trail searching for her cousins, who were very good at hiding. She walked on and on getting further away from the camp.

After about a half hour she gave up and began to walk back, knowing full well that she would be in serious trouble. The camping trip would be ruined and it would be her fault.

Suddenly! without warning the trail gave way, and poor Susie fell down the steep cliff into the raging river below.
