Dru is not only back in action, she seems to be either operating in more than one place at a time or moving at one hell of a velocity …. still wanting to see what she’s going to do to tom ….
Speaking of him, I hope the Left Hand of Nat is strong enough to hold up all that is depending on him just now…. (You can read that with a snigger if it suits you.)
Nat has shoes in far most right panel. They’re black.

Ok, lets just assume, for the time being, until such time as proven otherwise, that Dru actually went to each location in turn, which makes a little more sense (??) than going to each location at the same time.

UncaAlby, what you suggest would make sense. But that’s part of why I think it isn’t so. We are seeing all the manifestations of Dru simultaneously; I think the burden of proof is on these being sequential appearances.
And, either way, let us mull over how it is that this situation is the way TommyT has chosen to punish her “wrong answer” to Crandall in the game!

DRAGON KNIGHT
Part two
Eziah took out his sword and cautiosly entered the cave, leaving Taunimus and Sarrin behind. The cave was dark and spooky with an unpleasant odor. Eziah’s eyes adjusted to the darkness and he could see the dragon’s shape before him. The dragon let out a deep roar and charged at him, but Eziah held his ground and did not flinch. The dragon was pleased. “Yes! you are indeed the chosen one”. The dragon said as it began to create a glowing ball of energy. Eziah put away his sword and walked up to the dragon. ” What am I chosen for”. Eziah asked hoping it wasn’t to be the dragons next meal.
King Gabriel called over Vernon, “I need you to dispatch your pidgeons to the Elf colonies and to the Dwarf colonies, tell them we need reinforcement and we need it immediately”. He said to Vernon. Vernon bowed his head and set about to do King Gabriel’s orders.
As Taunimus and Sarrin waited outside the cave for Eziah to come out They saw a figure approaching them. “Lady Keona, what are you doing way out here”? Taunimus asked looking surprised to see her.
Before Lady Keona could answer, an explosion of blinding light came from the cave. ” It is done, the binding of man and dragon is complete”. Sarrin said wiping the sweat off her forehead.
The demon hoard was now in view of Talon Hall. The demon commander gave a war cry and the battle began. “Tonight men, we unleash Hell”. King Gabriel shouted, and the soldiers in turn shouted back.
Eziah walked out of the cave with the dragon. He was different now, his eyes were that of the dragons. He helped Sarrin onto the dragon and then got on himself. “Lady Keona I wasn’t expecting you to be here”. Eziah said looking down at her. ” I’ve been following you because your brother, the new king requested that I keep him informed of your progress”. Lady Keona said looking at him and then the dragon. Lady Keona was a shape - shifter. She could change into any animal at will.
Eziah, Sarrin, and the dragon took to the sky. They could cover more territory in a short amount of time and make it to the broken seal.
The war raged on. King Gabriel and his soldiers put up a brave front, but they were heavily out numbered. Still they pushed on into the night. “Where the Hell are the reinforcements”? He asked to no one but himself. Without reinforcements, he wondered how much longer his soldiers and his people could last. He thought of his brother Eziah and prayed that his quest would be a success.
Eziah, Sarrin, and the dragon had reached the broken seal by nightfall. “This is not good”. Sarrin said examining the broken seal. Before Eziah could get in a word, the dragon roared. A dark creature jumped out at them ready to attack. Sarrin was knocked to the ground. Eziah swung his sword at the dark creature. After a few sword parries back and fourth, Eziah’s sword found it’s mark and plunged into the dark creatures chest. The dark creature gave a death cry then collapsed for good.
As Sarrin recovered, another dark creature attacked only to be incenerated by by the dragon’s fire. As Sarrin began her ritual, Eziah had a feeling that this was going to be a long night.

This is the first part of my novel. The question I would ask, dear friends, is should I publish this on my site, knowing it might never then find it’s way to print, or should I wait until I can find a publisher? At a total of 55,000 it is too small to be classed as a novel and too long for a short story.
The persons and events in this story are fictitious. No similarity to any persons, living or dead, is intended or should be inferred.
Stronghold: Exodus by Colin Nelson
Huntress - May 3rd
ASHTON FROME: The Home of David Bonnar 03:13
It had been a month since David Bonnar killed his wife. Every night since, he called up her ghost to haunt him, to torture him with her laughter. Bonnar lay in his recliner just staring at the screen. When Amy died, his whole reason for existence died with her. He had tried to commit suicide three times, but couldn’t go through with it. Some annoying spark of self-preservation stopped him each time.
In that world behind the screen she was alive and happy, playing with Benji, their Husky/Labrador cross breed. Bonnar froze the picture. Amy appeared to be looking straight at him, her head tilted slightly forward and THAT smile. It used to send delicious shivers down his back, but now he felt nothing. He studied every detail of her elf-like face. The short black hair that framed her eyes and ears. The big, brown doe eyes, full of laughter and mischief. The thin arched eyebrows. The red curve of her lips.
Bonnar was forty-two. He thought he would have all the answers to life by now. All he had was more questions. He thought he had found his partner for life in Amy, so despite the fact that society considered that marriage was ‘bad taste’, Amy and he got married. Bonnar thought they would have children by now, but when genetic screening became law, and their test results classed them as a bad risk and they were both compulsorily sterilised. They could not adopt either, because he worked for the National Security Command, another high risk.
So they bought Benji. Right from the start Amy and Benji adored each other. Amy would sit watching the screen, and Benji would come and lay across her feet. He would follow her all around the house. When Amy died, Benji pined away. He would wait by the door, refusing all attempts to move him. He would not eat or drink. He just went to sleep one day, and never woke up.
The phone rang.
Bonnar let it ring.
The ringing stopped.
The phone rang again.
He stepped over clutter and debris that carpeted the floor to where the phone lay on a cupboard. He fastened the crescent shaped device around his ear and pressed the answer button.
‘David, old chap. Forgive me phoning at this time.’
‘Who is this?’
‘It’s Harry. Harry Mahone,’
‘Sorry. I’m not with it at the moment.’
‘Well, you’d better get with it, old chap. Back to work today.’
‘I still don’t feel I can cope.’
‘No choice. Too much going on, old chap. We need you. That’s why I phoned. Did you see Seaver’s interview?’
‘No, Harry. I wasn’t up to it.’
‘Well, I suggest you do. Catch up and all that. Soon as you get in, see Doctor Jason Samfai. He’ll check you out. Make sure you’re fit for work and all that. Don’t worry, old chap, he’s one of the best S-Twenty has to offer.’

A fantastic saga of adventure both high and low, of forbidden passion and iambic pentameter, of fays, fools, organists, demons, accordions, heaven, hell and Shakespeare, Pibgorn follows the whims and flights of its eponymous fairy heroine as she plies her conviction that there must be more to life than depositing dew drops on dandelions and sleeping under mushrooms.
