Kalahari thank you for your concern of us freeloaders. Yes, the site is not so friendly, although dropping back to where you left off after posting is a great big help. As Sisyphos has reminded us, it’s still a work in progress. Here’s hoping that apparent lack of progress is due to digesting what is going on so far and that their planning for another go at it.

KalahariNight, Gweedo, I’d agree that not every new thing here is a better thing, and most vehemently I’d argue that Archival Access should be increased significantly. UCLICK GoComics is not, I believe, helping itself financially, demographically, or in any other way by barring fans from anything but the most minimal access if they choose not to, or cannot in tough times when budgets are tight, pay up. An extortive approach engenders only antipathy. A more liberal approach would in the long run improve the fan-base!

… or perhaps, as the Hair Fairy, she’s planting those hairs in his nose and on his chin after harvesting them from the top of his head.

For a moment I thought the Master had looked up my nose for the model of the sleeper, but if so he changed the chin hair and eyebrow hair color from white to protect the hairy nosed.

Sisyphos, I’m with you. It’s ridiculous not to be able to go back even one day without signing in. I go back every morning to catch up on the last comments from the previous evening; and if I’m in a tearing hurry, I’d rather not go through the extra several steps of signing in.

I also agree that the favoriting reminder probably is still useful. They may not post scores for us to see: how awkward that far and away the highest scorer doesn’t get listed as being popular! However, I’ll bet they have some sort of record for themselves. Otherwise, why bother to do it at all?

Well, things are still quite confusing here and still lots of food! Just love the intro for Oognat.

Somehow only Dru and Pib are “lost” in this new series. They are so into their characters (as they were in the BC arc) - possibly Geoff will have to rescue them again.

So many questions, why are they here? What is happening with the tsunami, the volcano? Where is Geoff and Maurice? What is the sparkling trail that Pib was following? Who or what is behind this?

Oh well, I have my coffee and it is the weekend.

Hey, since the RL has kept me sooo busy and away from all the treats here by the couch, I’ve lost 28 pounds! Yippee!
