If you would like to ‘favorite’ the strip, (and maybe the sketch, too), simply log in and click on the ‘Favorite’ star directly above the strip. Mr. McEldowney very kindly asked for us what purpose is served by favoriting, and this was the answer:
I asked my editor at Gocomics about the purpose of “favoriting” a strip. Her answer was this: “‘Favoriting’ allows people following you to see what comics you like. ‘Favorited’ comics also show up under your profile, and allow us to see what comics people are enjoying.”
Basically, I think it provides a method for spreading the word.

Yes, Pib is trailing Dru, in some fashion (scent?); but I still am perplexed that after the Nat-bombing she isn’t going straight for the volcano. Is she still enough of a naive fairy not to realize that a volcano at 77th and Park is something unusual?

…of course, the building that Dru fell from didn’t have visible pane dividers in its glass wall - just vertical battens.

But Brooke has said more than once that he doesn’t necessarily get the continuity right from strip to strip…

Man, I loved being in AZ on Mountain Standard Time, i.e. Pacific Daylight Savings Time. Waiting for Monday’s update in the Central Daylight Savings Time of West Texas keeps me up too late.
I think, with my one neuron that isn’t out searching for the other two, Dru is drawing Pib to the cause/source/solution to Dru’s affliction. “What is it Lassie, has Timmy fallen down the well again?”

bmonk, FWIW, I had the chance to be with my grandparents in the last months of their lives and I wish now I had made better use of that time. So many things they could have told me, so many things they could have taught me and I was too busy to listen. Still, it was a blessing to spend that time with them. Maybe this is your chance to listen to that one wise voice before it takes the trip across the rainbow.
