(and maybe the sketch, too), simply log in and click on the ‘Favorite’ star directly above the strip. Mr. McEldowney very kindly asked for us what purpose is served by favoriting, and this was the answer:
I asked my editor at Gocomics about the purpose of “favoriting” a strip. Her answer was this: “‘Favoriting’ allows people following you to see what comics you like. ‘Favorited’ comics also show up under your profile, and allow us to see what comics people are enjoying.” Basically, I think it provides a method for spreading the word. One last comment before I crash… Don’t know if anyone has recommended “Looking For Group” but it only took 3-4 hrs to do the archive. Interesting story and well fleshed out characters (I especially like Richard!) Also, excellent tongue in cheek parodies of stuff like StarWars and such.
I don’t think many will agree about coloring the sketch Mikkail, as I believe, the idea of the sketch being present in the first place is to show a link in the creative process from Brooke’s brain to finished result and besides, we’ve found that certain details are very clear in the black and white scribblings that become hidden in the final colourised version.
I have to agree with Gweedo Murray as to the purpose of the sketchs, and normally I would not suggest such a travesty, particularly given BMcE’s thoughts on b&w vs colour - there was a discussion a while back when a few 9CWL strips were coloured by redactors prior to publication. However, as this particular sketch is not part of that process, I feel it would make a very worthy addition to the other desktop pics. Of course, it works well in b&w anyway… Gomen nasai - there is no intention to offend anyone.

“Brat Halla” is a gradeschool production of the Norse legends. I wonder what ‘inshadowz’ thinks about it.

Looking for group…as in “I am in a MMORPG and I am “looking for a group” This is the call of a solo RPG player who is looking to party with a group for adventure.
Speaking of comics featuring MMORPGs - Cheer, a spinoff from The Wotch has a sequence that begins when two of the characters (high school girls who used to be male jocks till they crossed the Wotch and got changed into cheerleaders) are in each others dreams. It begins at http://cheer.thewotch.com/index.php?date=20080721, advances one strip, then continues at http://cheer.thewotch.com/index.php?date=20080908, getting sillier as it goes.
A fantastic saga of adventure both high and low, of forbidden passion and iambic pentameter, of fays, fools, organists, demons, accordions, heaven, hell and Shakespeare, Pibgorn follows the whims and flights of its eponymous fairy heroine as she plies her conviction that there must be more to life than depositing dew drops on dandelions and sleeping under mushrooms.
