She’s on the wrong side of Spitcock to get to the lamp with her mojo.
It’s like Mario fighting King Koopa to get to the Princess!
I can’t bear to (wait to) see what happens, tomorrow.
Her power generation quit generating? I’d think Expectoraterooster would be only able to steal some energy, not the ability to make energy, which is what Druzilla must have.
Any more guesses to who/what he might be? He might not be a natural demon after all, since demons do not need the mojo lamp to store their power, yet he was still able to conjure the scary plasma-blasting pixelating gray cloud that originally captured Pib, so where did that power come from?
I also now believe that the first encounter between Dru and Spitcock was a computer-generated hologram (hence the pixelation when she blasted him), designed to lure her into the lab and thus be captured into the power frame with Pib.
Pokefan_Frank says: Trail Blazer, bet that’s something to Give Thanks for!
It is indeed, Frank, and I am. But I’m not young anymore, so it’s time to hit the ol’ sack so I can do it all again tomorrow.
BTW, my vote is that Roger’ll apply a little old-fashioned mojo to Spitcock’s cranium with the Louisville Slugger. As Spock once said, “Crude…but effective”.
My excuse is that I just rolled in from the airport. My! It’s good to be back on the couch again.
F…? I thought the worst thing you could say around these parts was the Q-word. ;^) Still, that’s an almost-never seen expression on Drusilla’s face there. Spitcock is feeling pretty smug right now, but as someone said yesterday, he’s about to have a dozen or so new ones ripped any minute now.
Yas, yas, I think some good old force times distance is called for here, either from Roger’s bat, or Pib’s right cross, or Luczilla “dropping in”.
For the confusion couch, Anthon Berg chocolate coffee drinks: dark chocolate with liquid coffee centers, a souvenir of Europe. Enjoy!
Or howsabout Lena to the rescue? We know Spitcock is not enarmoured of small girls armed with hoes. Any way that it goes down tomorrow, I sense another cliff hanger coming.
What we need now is for Roger to step up to the crease and tap ‘ol Sarky there smartly across the back of the noggin, thus allowing Dru to recharge herself at the lamp. If he hits the lamp, he might damage it and prevent Dru using it.
Mind you, I’m still of the opinion that Spitcock is an Evil Geni and the lamp is his home.
“(Soooooo her vid got onto UToob already? I love the way she was staring at the laptop screen as he came into shot. Hehehehehehe )”
Remember Seth told her he saw it on the ‘net…
The way she hides it behind her reminds me of some classic film or other (a Hitchcock, may hap?) - i mean a specific film, not just a generic pose, but i’ll be … blowed … if i can recall what film i’m thinking of.
9CWL: how totally Brooke would it be if there WAS a video on YouTube now with Amos and Edda? That would be a totally McEldownoid crossover into reality.
I shan’t go looking for it, howsomever.
Pibby: I am totally waiting for the eponymous fairy heroine to come to the rescue (giant fly as her noble steed or otherwise). I predict this arc will end in about three weeks.
A fantastic saga of adventure both high and low, of forbidden passion and iambic pentameter, of fays, fools, organists, demons, accordions, heaven, hell and Shakespeare, Pibgorn follows the whims and flights of its eponymous fairy heroine as she plies her conviction that there must be more to life than depositing dew drops on dandelions and sleeping under mushrooms.

Dru has missed before in this arc. When she shot at Lena as evil queen.
What gives?

While I find it difficult to accept the idea that Dru can be drained, she did sort of bring this about through her exuberent coupling.

Also, this would be an opportune moment for Pibgorn & Geoff, maybe even Luciano, to show up in the knick of time (“Here comes the cavalry! Yea!”).

Okay, so Inky is not back there where Dru left? Spitcock actually did untangle himself from Dru to go zap Roger?

Kind of cartoony the way Dru’s arm seems to just go out, but funny!
That’s probably the closest Dru will get to saying a swearword that is not “bitch”

Old military adage:
“If it’s stupid, but it works - it ain’t stupid.”
Or, as Vlad Taltos once observed: “No matter how powerful or subtle the wizard, a knife in the back will seriously cramp his style.”
That is - apply a bit of white ash mojo to either Spitcock … or the lamp … or both.
