    Ok - theory time. From the earlier panels in the strip, the game is designed to generate power from the fairy participants. I believe this mysterious figure is a vampire that feeds on Dru’s sexuality - he previously sucked all her redness. Dru senses this is evil which heightens her ecstasy. wow, no telling where Brooke will take this one.

    Wellllllll … since you asked …

    A “liger” is a cross between a male lion and a female tiger, while a “tigon” is a cross between a male tiger and a female lion.

    Therefore, given that Drusilla is female, a cross with a male vampire would have to be a Vamabus.

    Or maybe, I think more correctly, a Vampubus.

    The vampire is obviously Professor Spitcock and the evil queen is Roger’s sister Lena. Dru is getting so drained, it wil probably take Roger (or Pib’s boyfriend but my bet’s on Roger) to charge her up again in order to bring Spitcock and Lena down.
