   Crab-Meat Salad
   
   1 1/2 cups fresh or canned king crab meat
   3 tablesp. French dressing
   1 cup finely diced celery
   Mayonnaise to taste
   
   Let crab meat stand in French dressing 1/2 hr. in refrigerator.
   Drain off dressing; to crab, add celery, then mayonnaise.
   Makes 4 servings
   
   Lemon French Dressing:
   
   Combine all ingredients in jar, bottle, or bowl. Shake or beat till blended; or use electric blender; refrigerate. Shake well before using.
   
   1 cup salad oil
   2/3 cup lemon juice
   1/4 to 1/3 cup granulated sugar
   1 1/2 teasp. salt
   2 teasp. paprika
   1 teasp. grated onion
   Makes 1 2/3 cups

    It’s better not to kill Larry the Crab. With Zeeba’s luck, he’ll be re-reincarnated into his old croc self instantaneously. Zeeba should put him in a terrarium, feed him well, and give him a long and happy crab life…
