After all these years, and S’Mores have been around since 1927 (I haven’t), I finally had to find out what they were.

    S’More recipe

S’More is apparently a contraction of some more ,as in “Give me some more.” There should be a “please” before the period too I think.

I believe that marshmallow is one of the four major food groups.

In the UK some desserts etc are described as “moreish.” As in you want more. My hubby thought I was saying Moorish. As in Othello. He couldn’t figure that out.

    Radish I agree!

    And s’mores are definitely more-ish.

I wonder how long it will take you to figure out what woof’ems are?

And how could you spend your whole life not knowing what a s’more was?

I would totally buy Rat’s romance novel and give it to someone having a bad day. It would cheer me up!

Sounds like Rat cast himself as Ellie’s Date…
“He Talked about himself…and talked about himself…and talked about himself!”
    Sounds familiar…

“I wonder how long it will take you to figure out what woof’ems are? "

I had never heard of “woof’ ems” before today.

For others in the same boat…

    ”Woof’ems” explanation and recipe

From experience, I’d just make my own dry “Baking Powder Biscuits” or “Scotch Cream Scones” mix and add the necessary wet ingredients at the camp/picnic site.

Thanks, it’s amazing what we humans find good to eat outdoors that we wouldn’t begin to look at indoors isn’t it? And yes, I know that that is a “First World Problem.”
