    Tomorrow Rat will attach several weather balloons to a Lamborghini.

    Legally, Rat is probably right. You can receive any transmission or sound that’s open and it’s Bob’s onus to prevent his wi-fi from receiving Rat’s signal.

    Goat is right to note the hypocrisy in Rat’s attitude that what’s yours is mine if I can get it, but you’d better not touch my stuff! Rat would not last long in ruthless real life….

    @Bilan

    Where I live they’ve tried to charge people royalties for playing the radio in hairdressing salons and shops, or playing music at weddings. It doesn’t work, of course, but they keep trying

    Rat should keep his shovel locked up.

    In Finland they made it legal to use any unprotected WiFi. The number of unprotected WiFi’s dropped pretty soon.

    I have to agree with Rat on this one, if it’s floating around in your airspace then you should have the right to access it.

    Want to mess with your neighbors? Name your network “FBI Surveillance Van”.

    Rat sounds like a few people I know. BTW, I love all the Bobs in PBS. Bobs are the most dreaded (for being meat-head stupid, think “Da Bears”) name for callers, calling in to the best sports radio station in America, The SCORE, 670 am out of Chicago.
    Bob = Butt on backwards. That what people call the morbidly obese people with the big ugly belly hanging off the front of them. “There goes a Bob”.

    corp. Nobby Knobs: anything that is not nailed down is (by definition) his, any thing that can be pried lose is not considered to be nailed down.
