    That’s what I kept hearing when they first started to discuss “mercy killing”. Couldn’t work out why it involved Asian youths.

    Reminds me of some old MGM cartoon. If I recall correctly it was a cat and like Snuffles they kept track of how many of their victims they’d killed, in that case the victims were parakeets. The owner made some comment about the number they’d lost and the cat double checked their kills then “innocently” corrected the owner. As I recall a new parakeet was ordered and they ended up killing the cat.
