At its heart, Pearls Before Swine is the comic strip tale of two friends: an arrogant Rat who thinks he knows it all and a slow-witted Pig who doesn't know any better. Together, this pair offers caustic commentary on humanity's quest for the unattainable. Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams says that Pearls is "one of the few comics that make me laugh out loud." The strip has twice won the National Cartoonists Society's Reuben division award for Best Newspaper Comic Strip – in 2003 and in 2006.

Don’t remember which show, but there was once a sketch on TV where some women went to The Men Store. One asked to see something in navy, and got a sailor. There was a bunch of odd-looking guys in a pile on a table, with a sign that read “Irregulars.”

They’re not extinct in Endtown. They’re either “Topsiders” (fully human) or anthropomorphic animal mutants.

hahaha…i guess that is so true! if you put me in front of a flat screen i’m set for a hour or two! :D

Ooh! Can I have one, too? Lots of “treats” will keep them totally happy sitting parked in front of the flatscreen! ‘Course, they do need to be “walked” every so often. Yes, it’s a big responsibility; the food and “treats” can become quite expensive….
