    Is Rat any relation to the 64 million rats in New York City whose numbers will continue to increase if the city does not do anything about the poor garbage disposal, increased construction or the inefficient coordination of the city’s response to this problem?

    He’s probably related to one of those subway rats one sees darting around on the railbed. They’re fast and nasty and nearly indestructible.
