He got a shot in his “upper arm” and not his rump? Bow-wow!

    Hi Crypt:
First that’s not his arm. That’s his front left paw. You are right on the point where the shot is in the rear extremities. Whenever I took my cat Morris (I named him after the TV cat Morris. He looked exactly like him except for he didn’t have the white under his chin) it was always in the rear left leg. First time I took him he was running to hide under something. After a while after he got used to people other than me he went no problems and always played nice with the secretary, nurses and the vet. He was my good boy. Rest in peace My Morris.

Snoopy survived torture, capture, and blew up a ammo train. Sounds like he deserves the Victoria Cross, with Crossed Dog Biscuits..!

I don’t know how it was back in WWI but in my day, if you didn’t get your annual flight physical, you were grounded!

Actually, that IS his arm. The paw is a very specific part of the foot, also called forefoot or hindfoot, depending. They also have wrists, and forearms, elbows, shoulders, as well as thighs.

One of my dogs used to get sick every time he got shots. It was a bad reaction that lasted a couple days. I hated bringing him there.

In case you want to know. I don’t imagine you do, though. 90% of ‘facts’ are made up on the spot. It’s more fun that way.

I hate injections too… Thankfully I had no side effects apart from swelling where the injection had been.

Take it easy now, Charlie Brown. You’ve done your bit.
