If ever there is an iconic comic strip, it is Peanuts. What began in the funny pages in 1950 has developed into an enduring classic. Whether you're persnickety like Lucy, a philosopher like Linus, a joyous Flying Ace like Snoopy, or a lovable underdog like Charlie Brown, there is something to touch your heart or make you laugh in Peanuts.

Since when does Snoopy give up so easily?

Sometimes, the usually calm, usually patient Linus just doesn’t want to be messed with.

Poor guy. He just wanted a little fun.

I’m guessing that Snoopy was just disapointed thinking he was invisible…so it was not worth it when Linus discovered him…poor Snoop…

Linus was doing his “Clint Eastwood” impression.

snoopy fly low on ythe sopwich camel(peanuts reference)and snatch the blankie right out of linus`s hands

Yes, he’s changed (matured?) since the early days when he’d zoom right past and snatch that thing and send Linus spinning. Maybe Linus has grown too big for him to do it now.

This 1960 Peanuts Sunday strip, originally run December 4, 1960 and rerun back in 2007 is replacing a 1965 Sunday strip possibly it doesn’t fit the reprint status, JEER!

@dheine1971
Probably a good idea not to run a strip that says it’s December 12th when it’s only the 9th.
