    Q. How many Lucy Van Pelts does it take to screw in a light bulb?
    A. One. She’d have Linus Van Pelt do it, but then she wouldn’t have the chance to put the bulb in the socket and then wait for the rest of the universe to revolve around her.

    There are so many Lucys in the world these days…just being is enough to mess up their world.

    That seems to be characteristic with some dogs. Once they find a spot and claim it, they’re not moving for anybody. This would be on the living room floor, or even in the middle of the street. All others are expected to go around.

    Sometimes it’s better to just walk around the obsticle.

    The Snoopy Lucy fights are always great. Snoopy always “licks” her!

    No wonder she didn’t want Rerun to have a dog in later years.

    @garyhamon

    You don’t know my dog. When I walk her in the mornings, she insists on the middle of the street, leaving it only to find a suitable spot in the grass for her business. I have to pull her out of the way to keep her from being hit by an oncoming car. I’ve seen dogs laying in the middle of the street and refusing to budge for an oncoming car. That’s their spot and they aren’t moving. In such cases, people don’t carry chunks of beef for such occasions. You either drive around them, or run them over. I won’t run them over.

    @gmartin, you needed to train your dog at a young age not to do that. It’s dangerous.
