Peppermint Patty leans back in her desk.  She says, "I'm awake!"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty says, "Yes, ma'am . . We went to the concert, and heard 'Adagio for Strings' by Samuel the Barber . ."<BR><BR> Marcie says, "Not Samuel the Barber!  Samuel Barber!  Good grief!"<BR><BR> Marcie asks, "Can't you ever get anything right?!"<BR><BR> Marcie continues, "What's wrong with you?  Don't you ever listen?  Don't you ever read?!"  Peppermint Patty slouches in her seat.<BR><BR> Marcie yells, "Samuel the Barber!  That's not even funny!  When are you ever going to learn something?!"  Peppermint Patty slides under the desk.<BR><BR> Marcie asks, "Don't you ever think?"  Franklin looks puzzled as Peppermint Patty emerges in the seat in front of him.<BR><BR> Franklin says, "Yes, ma'am . . And then they played 'Peter and the Fox.'"  Peppermint Patty says, "'Wolf,' Franklin . . 'Harold and the Wolf.'"<BR><BR>
