Snoopy and Woodstock stands on the doghouse. Snoopy thinks, "Ahem!"<BR><BR> Snoopy faces Woodstock and thinks, "Gentlemen, the following matter has come to my attention.." Woodstock writes on a pad.<BR><BR> Snoopy sits, facing away from Woodstock, and puts his paw to his chin. A series of Woodstock's shorthand symbols appear above him.<BR><BR> Snoopy, still seated, faces Woodstock and raises his arm. He thinks, "And because of this, much extra expense was incurred..." Woodstock writes.<BR><BR> Woodstock speaks. He is reading from the pad. Snoopy faces him.<BR><BR> Woodstock speaks again. Snoopy listens.<BR><BR> Woodstock is still speaking. He has turned away from Snoopy and continues to read off the pad. Snoopy turns the other way and, rolling his eyes, thinks, "Never ask your secretary to read something back."<BR><BR>
Extra expense? Snoop, what on earth are you, the zoning board?
