An addicted Netsurfer who is never without her laptop. Pixel has a secret friend Digit, a mouse who hangs around PC's apartment and likes to dispense advice over the Internet. There is also Leo, a neighborhood kid who is also an inventor and Maxine, PC's love interest who dislikes computers. Also Virus the VW Bug.

Most recidivists are so institutionalised they consider prison an exclusive club and couldn’t survive on the outside. They don’t so much need to be paid, especially for not working, but trained how to live in normal society. Even the basics of how to prepare a simple meal, filling in forms etc.

THose who commit crimes while on the dole should be summarily executed for biting the hand that feeds them. Even an animal understands that charity, once accepted, must be respected … except cats, of course.
