This is just the first installment. There will be other payments. And two underlings will get a suspended sentence. Boo-hoo! They had like 700 egregious, willful violations in one year when Exxon, Shell, Conoco and the rest had a combined total of 15 or so (can’t find the clip on “The Daily Show” that has the real numbers, but my numbers are in the ballpark). They should have been stripped of all permits and leases!
