He is also pushing the cap and trade bill that is going to push more manufacturing jobs over to India. They are not going to participate in the cape and trade bill. Anyone who is not of the same faith is a sinner and god forbid if you are gay.

    And that hate crimes legislation you are so afraid of also protects evangelicals, Caucasians, racist, and strippers, such as yourself.

    CDWARD: I am not here to defend STRIPER. For the most part he is a one trick pony. But you are wrong.

    If a father finds some pedophile on his kid, and cracks him over the head with a bat, the perv will still be charged with a sex crime. The father may be charged with assault (whether a jury will convict is another matter). If the bill passes (and dems will make sure it does by attaching it to another bill repubs can’t vote against), the father will also have to defend himself against Federal hate crime, because the perv is now a part of a “protected class”.

    Now, you might be fine with that– it’s sick, but that’s your right. You can make an argument that that’s not the intent of the bill. But you can’t deny that that will be the result of the bill. But with libs, it is never the result that matters, it is always the emotion and the intent.

    And of course, taken to it’s logical conclusion, you couldn’t deny housing to these pervs, so you will have to prosecute landlords who will not rent to them, when in a more sane time, they would have been run out of town on a rail.

    And how can you have a national database for pedophiles if they are a protected class?

    Where did I call this the “free the pedophiles bill”? I specifically said they woud try the pedophile. What I said was they would also try the father for not only assault, but a hate crime.

    Steven King tried to get an amendment to the Hate Crime bill, specifically excluding pedophiles. He said (basically) “we can’t get anyone to specifically define ‘sexual orientation’ in the bill, but can we all agree to exclude pedophiles in the bill?” Some democrat said “No. The definition of ‘sexual orientation’ is already defined in other case law as consenting hetero or homo sexual relations, so it doesn’t need to be defined here, and doesn’t need to exclude podophilia specifically”. The Committee Chairman, Conyers (a joke) immediately said “All in favor say Aye, all opposed say Nay. King objected, saying he had witnesses to testify. Conyers said “oops, too late, I already called the vote”. The amendment was defeated 13-10. Watch the video here.
