True, but if the North attacks, there will be no South for the NKA to defect to. The North would destroy every city in sight … they have enough (conventional) munitions to destroy every city in the South 3 times over … and the guns are already aimed, the cities targeted, the plan in place.
It would not be a pretty sight.
