Au contraire, mon ami! He’s simply pointing out that Lilliputia has come to pass, when an insignificant politician can hold the entire United States hostage, with the help of his tea-party minions.

Nah, just a snarky Progressive Leftist who can’t let the whole Birther thing go like those of us who are sane have.

Since you don’t seem to know the difference, that’s uncle Sam, the symbol of the United States of America that the Tea Party elite have tied up, not Obama.

Nah, just a snarky Progressive Leftist who can’t let the whole Birther thing go like those of us who are sane have.

Polls show that 45% of Republicans believed Obama was not born in the U.S., while another 22% weren’t sure. Only a third said he was born in the U.S.

Why do you suppose so many Republicans would believe that? Given the utter lack of conservatives willing to stand up to birthers, both on these forums & in public, I think it’s poetic justice that Ted Cruz gets the same nonsense sent his way.

Even now, you don’t call the birthers insane, only the folks pointing out their insanity.

Put on your robe and head upstairs! Your mom is calling you to eat your egg salad sandwich and pick up your laundry.

“There is no Birther like a Dem Lib Birther.”
    -
Right. Except for that pesky little fact:
Cruz actually was born in a foreign country, as a Canadian citizen. He is a naturalized, not natural born citizen.

I wonder if Donald Trump (chief fundraiser for Willard the ChickenHawk) has people on the ground in Canada investigating the circumstances of Cruz’ birth.

Man, I have seen some misreadings of cartoons but sclark55’s is a doozy.

Wow, a legendary cartoon from a legendary editorial cartoonist! It just doesn’t get any better than this.

He probably doesn’t like sclarks very well either. No where in the ‘toon does he disparage any ethnic group or nationality. Or are claiming that if I even mention Blackfoot Indians that I’m a bigot?

I have yet to read a “Dem Lib Birther.”
I defy you to point out a “Dem Lib Birther.”
All you will find are some very intelligent and cogent comments referring to the SILENCE from the birthers now that one of their own may be held to the same standards they wished to impose on the President they didn’t like. And I have yet to read any comment from any of you nitwits who were with the birthers come out and state your opinion, flat out, unambiguously. Oh, sure we had one of you dance around the subject a week or so ago. But like your idiot politician did with Chris Matthews, it never stated plainly and unambiguously it’s opinion on Sen. Rafael Cruz’ eligibility to be president considering he was not born on American soil.
    .
Come on, try it, just once, make a credible comment, one with integrity behind it. Come on, just once. Please.

    @Debt Free

So, MS58, is Ted Cruz constitutionally eligible to be president of the U.S.?
