Gee, that really does sound like another global superpower as well.
But at least the Chinese are investing in clean energy as a national priority.

I always knew Oliphant was a xenophobe, at least where Asia is concerned.

@lisapaloma13
Yeah, little known factoid. Another one is that Oliphant is from Austral Africa, as his surname implies. And where’s Lesotho? Exactly! In South America!
Oliphant here showing he is of a different era and, like 91 yr old Prince Philip in the UK, when he commits jingoist gaffes, we tend to forgive his faux pas.

For a very long time, in the recent past, China and their people have NOT been treated well by the western powers.

How DARE they step on our toes. There’s only room on this planet for one environment killing, law ignoring, will imposing, citizen wrecking powerhouse.

Let’s see: despoiling the environment, check; filthying up the air, check; ignoring all rules of global matters, check; cyber attacking other countries’ systems, check; eating with sticks, NEVER (we don’t know where those sticks have been).
US #1!

But it’s the free-market-property-rights-rule-of-law-capitalists who are the problem.
