Curious to know if Republicans believe that either Willard or Ryan are fiscal conservatives.
    -
Also, what is Willard’s Medicare plan? Is it Ryan’s plan? Does he have a plan of his own?
    -
Or is it hidden along with his tax returns?

The good part is those under 55 can start planning ahead to not be able to afford health insurance, and at the rate Mitt and friends have sent jobs overseas, without a job!!

Molly Ivins always used to refer to the Republicans as “the Rs”. Looks like that’ll have a double meaning for the next 3 months.

Molly, God bless her, never missed a chance to refer to the R’s collectively.
Many is the time she referred to W as representing the R’s wholes.

Yeah, nothing so “loaded” as asking a candidate to be specific about his plans before voting for him. Next thing youkknow they’ll start looking at his past performance.

You just KNOW that if they were Democrats, some FAUX “News” “analyst” would be pointing out the coincidence of RYAN = AYN R(and).
Of course, we all know that it’s just a coincidence, right??

Much better treatment than the golfing/war/welfare president we have now.

Heaven forbid we ask o to be specific or look at his past performance. Yet when someone asks, they’re labeled something vile. Wonder why?

Today, someone is going to bet dollars that another currency- euro, yen, pound- is going to change in value. His/Her money will be increased or decreased based on the decision making process that went into that bet. Numbers will fly through computers and phone lines and paper will be signed and filed. No food will be grown. No reservoirs filled. No ‘things’ manufactored by working hands will be produced. Unless someone sees a profit and decides to buy something ‘useful’ instead of re-investing/gambling, no one benefits from the actions of the day except a very elect few. It certainly won’t be a retired couple whose pension was lost when the company providing the pension went bankrupt.
Romney said just a few months ago that he still feels the president was wrong to bail out GM and Chrysler. Yet if they had gone under, they would have been able to restructure THEIR pension obligations as United did.
As I look at this cartoon, I feel I know the old couple standing on the stoop…and am not far from being there with them.
    Respectfully,
    C.

If its such a great idea, and is so good for medicare, why not give those 55 and over the same option?
