Huh…whaa..whoa…I’m awake now. And YEAH he is back. (I know I am a few days late on that one. Must have fallen asleep. Know I know how W and McCain must feel during those boring briefings about Al Qaeda!)
Oh, and yes, this is why many of us wanted some parameters on the bailout (or what the GOP calls “strings.”) I say roast and cut open that bird for Thanksgiving, and maybe there will be enough credit for Christmas shopping (not even sure that metaphor made sense).

Actually, this is an accurate metaphor…Chase admitted as much in a recent conference call…they would more likley hold the $25Billion initial payment from the bailout and use it to buy out other banks that look like they’re vulnerable rather than start lending again. Further, they might need to wait while the strugglers sloooooowly slip to a cheap enough price.
I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting on that car loan…
