    I think chess and checkers are more of a thinking man’s game than baseball.

    A sport is never boring if you’re involved in playing it. You want to watch grass grow, try a benchrest shooting match. If you’re competing, every shot is a challenge of calculation and skill. If you’re watching, everybody is just sitting there.

    @edclectic

    Define “PC” for us? I don’t think you even know what it means or has been meant by the Reich Wing’s use of it.

    Baseball, boring. They should record it and edit it to the good stuff which means it would be about 32 minutes long.

    And the crowd goes wild.
    All sports require thinking. Just some more than others. Golf requires a great deal of math, spin control, directionally hitting, c

    I know what @edclectic means but I also know that Stephen Hawking has a keen sense of humour. Hey, he likes (and has featured in) the Simpsons and Futurama.
