Well that was unexpected. What is that guy’s name “Books”? How long has he been in that box?

Reminds me of the old cartoons where characters would come right out of books.

Meet the Dread Pirate Locke. Now you have to read the whole series because there is no way to explain him in 25 words or less (or more for that matter).

Not sure what I would ask first – who he was, why he was locked inside, or why his father would have some kid trapped in a chest.

No, these were old cartoons where characters would come out of their books and interact.

Old Warner Brothers cartoons, anyway. Locke is none of the above, but I have to agree with ujean – there’s really no way to explain Locke in 25 (or even 100) words or less. Millie knows him, at this point. If you go to ozyandmillie.org and start from 9/7/1999, you’ll get his story. At least, part of his story.

I could describe him in 25 words or less but some of the words would be spoilers.

I’ll only say two things: One, his name is Locke, and two, the box is not really a box…At least, not in the sense that he was locked in a confined space…

His name is actually Locke. It may help clear up confusions later to tell you that O&M has some fantasy elements to it, and no, I don’t consider talking animals enough to render it a fantasy.

Pirate Lock comes from a pocket universe under the coach cushions. Go read about him and his adventures in pirating.

Well, he has something in common with Peter Pan, besides the pirate thing.
