I hope they went to the old recipe. When Hostess took out the flavorings their sales dropped by half. Despite that, they just kept on…
    .
On a camping trip a decade ago, I bought a package of Hostess “chocolate cupcakes”— and no chocolate or vanilla. Ended up throwing them out.

Good news for the guy from Zombieland.

Will be nice to have Twinkies back but I’m waiting for Zingers. Chocolate ones. They were always my favorite.

    They made chocolate zingers?

Hostess didn’t make Zingers. They were Dolly Madison, and I didn’t know they stopped making them.

Twinkies will be made in Columbus, Ga, which is practically in Alabama. I announced this 12 days ago, on 04/24.

@hltrim: the new CEO was paying himself buckets, just like the guy before him, stripping the company of cash and blaming it on the unions, who had already taken major cuts.
