In mid-July, 2006, i think , there were a series of strips featuring two “Red Neck Flamingos” I have looked high and low on the web for copies of these strips, but no luck - Does anyone have an idea where these might be archived ? I have one which was dated 7-18, so i know is was mid-july, but the year is missing

“Back to nature” is pleasant in concept. In practice, the 25-hour-days of summer are matched only by the shivering subsidence of winter. Get me back on the grid – now!

The real “back to nature” movement involved neighbors organizing to help each other, not going it alone. The real thing is tough enough, but better than being the wage-slave of multinational corporations – and unemployable at a whim.

People determined to destroy the language have replaced “acting up” with “acting out”. “Acting out” properly refers to, e.g., performing a part in a play.
