Don't miss the daily misadventures of cartoonist Chip Dunham's clever crew of shipboard malcontents, incompetents and laggards. Overboard stands out with a pointed wit that has dagger-sharp timing and effect.
Louie, the ship's faithful dog, is the center of attention of the adventures on land and at sea. His human companions not only have to deal with Louie and his requests, but also the many problems they face living at sea, like dolphins eating their garden, and sea monsters taunting Louie. The entertaining exchanges between Louie and the humans on the ship will have readers coming back for more of this cast-away comedy. Man overboard!

Pretty juvenile, I’d say.

Guess it depends on how much he spent on that kite…
Have you ever priced one of those fancy ones at the beach? Yeah, I’d get the cannon out too.

OK, wheel mounted cannon aboard ship? That could be a thrill.

Henry is as juvenile as a 13 year old boy.

@rmacprivate
Ship’s cannon did have wheels, to cope with the recoil. Lots of sailors were killed or maimed if they didn’t get out of they way fast enough.
Then, as now, they were considered expendable.

@Pacopuddy
I recoil at the image of sailors being killed by a cannon.

Do you really have to ask, Jonas?
