   I’m with Louie. I’ve got one of those high-dollar, bells -and-whistles stainless steel propane grills, and it’s great for burgers, dogs, chicken breasts, pork loin, even the occasional game hen on the rotisserie…but for searing a good steak, you can’t beat a Weber.
