Up-tempo?! Come on, producers! Every time I have to do one of these dead dog dedications, I have to come out of a @#!%#@ up-tempo song! And where are the pictures I was supposed to get this week. Is Don on the phone? Get Don on the phone!

I suppose Raymond could play “Linus and Lucy” from the Peanuts specials. Personally, I’d prefer the skurl of bagpipes. I’m sure the “Shamrock Kid” wouldn’t mind.

The man is a genius, best comic strip ever. Why isn’t it in the paper?

  14. Brenzluv

    Brenzluv said, 5 months ago

Not in the paper as it is arguably not the best strip EVER.

The so-called cancan (the galop infernal) from Orphée aux Enfers by Jacques Offenbach would certainly get things livened up and have that boom-boom feel.

DonVanni, I must agree. Especially since those two and “The Adventures of Robin Hood” are among my favourite movies. I could also agree with stonehenge’s suggestion of bagpipes (the ones in “The Quiet Man” were pretty good.)
