If i was the artist/writer everyone of those would have been swallowed and not regurgitated, thank,”Overboard” for making a point. Frankly when I get on this strip and see mice I immediately go to another. When your strip began in the Orange County Register long ago it was thoroughly read daily, yet the mice? Why bother.

LOL!
Oh, I swear my ol’ kitty Guillermo & I went thru EXACTLY the same routine with a mouse that “Mr. Handsome” had got ahold of in the basement!!!
“Billy Boy, DROP THE MOUSIE! ”
“Drop it NOW, Mr. Round-Pounds!!!”
Finally - “PTOOOIEE!”
“Good boy, ”Guhh-JAIR-mo” (phonetically).”
Then, of course, I had to go up to the b-ment window & do a “Catch & Release” on the petrified rodent.
Ahhh, the wonders of being owned by a kitty-kat…….
