About Overboard
Don’t miss the daily misadventures of cartoonist Chip Dunham’s clever crew of shipboard malcontents, incompetents and laggards. Overboard stands out with a pointed wit that has dagger-sharp timing and effect. Louie, the ship’s faithful dog, is the center of attention of the adventures on land and at sea.
His human companions not only have to deal with Louie and his requests, but also the many problems they face living at sea, like dolphins eating their garden, and sea monsters taunting Louie. The entertaining exchanges between Louie and the humans on the ship will have readers coming back for more of this cast-away comedy. Man overboard!

It amazes me how well Mr. Dunham can take the same jokes (Louie sheds, louie is hungry, Nate is cheating on his diet, the rabbits eat Charley’s garden, etc.), recycle them OVER and over, and still keep it funny. Go, Chip!

I lost my chocolate 2 years ago and I’m still finding fur in my pool filter. When I clean it I still get a little misty. I think he was alittle bit Louie and a little bit Raymond. Great strip.
