    These two kids don’t look like the Katzenjammer Kids I remember. But I think they do resemble Max and Moritz, upon whom they were modeled.

    well, comics do evolve.
    for example, look how Opus changed from when he was first introduced in Bloom County

    And Charlie Brown when he started in the 50’s, I think it was. I’m just glad we have magnification on these.
