ABC, Fox, and The WB (soon to be call The CW in the fall that year) still had their Saturday morning lineup. NBC and CBS had so called “E/I” programs. As I’ve been saying, if you want to see cartoons now on Saturday mornings, there’s Cartoon Network (CN), nickelodeon, Disney Channel, Disney XD and a whole lot of others.
