   that is so me when i was a kid, doing stuff to bug my mom
   like pulling the string of her apron when i walked by
   one day she elbowed me in the stomach after i did it, i never did it again

   My mom was afraid of cats. We’d have to give her the all-clear if she’d seen a cat in the yard and she wanted to go out to hang the laundry.

   Tell her you see a cat and she’d jump about that high.
