   RRAmom–Don’t forget ADHD. A study found kids who engaged in sufficient “unstructured” outdoor activity were less likely to exhibit the condition. Just let them go nuts when they’re outside! Elementary kids who have non-existent or highly restricted recess (as exemplified here) have a harder time focusing in class.
