   Joe doesn’t know that collar is to keep the dog from biting and/or licking himself.

   It doesn’t prevent the dog from eating nor from biting someone.

   no kidding, bc13— I was had a residual smile on my face from the LOL I got reading the ‘toon, but that comment spoiled the humor…the pooch isn’t the only one without a sense of humor
